I'm Ami - Founder of The Collar Club. Animals have always been a constant in my life. It began with caring for our family dog. Looking after him sparked something that’s stayed with me ever since. Over the years that interest turned into hands-on experience across many areas of pet care. I’ve volunteered my time in grooming salons, kennels and veterinary settings, learning how different animals behave and what they need to feel safe and comfortable.

That experience eventually led to a paid role with the RSPCA, where I gained even deeper insight into animal welfare and behaviour. The Collar Club grew from all of that — years spent around animals, learning from professionals, and understanding that great pet care is about patience, trust and attention to detail. For me, this isn’t just a service. It’s something I’ve been building towards for years.
